A dark, swirling, miasmic work of the best in death metal: doomed, foul, necromantic. Hypnotic serpentine darkness slithering in the murk. I first saw Worm with the Decibel tour with Hulder and knew I had to check them out. Finally got to it! Worm put on an absolutely incredible live show. Glad I finally checked out Worm’s own material. If you can call a band OSDM while recognizing they’ve clearly transcended the category, then I will love that band. I love this band. Some of the best songwriting of any musical era or genre. Just masterful. Every new release is an artistic spectacle that compares with your favorite albums, musicals, or films. They’re becoming one of my all time favorites. Metallurgical Fire
This is utterly nvts. Black, death, doom, noise, squealing guitars, tortured vocals, blast beats, groove beats, everything everywhere all at once. Songs almost structureless develop meaning as they go. Heavy af and I'm starting to think I can't get enough of it. maltebrigge
